Extremely friendly team from Waiter. The rooms were huge here with balcony, a fabulous view, as example. A microwave, a refrigerator, and a stovetop were available too.

It had a wonderful location - next to Mirador Los Gigantes. Restaurants and bars were located next to the hotel. The restaurant was good for dinner here, I had amazing dishes.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were terrible.

Fairly clean place with extremely friendly and amiable staff and magnificent view of the sea and surrounding areas. Extremely comfy bed in the apartment, plus a private safe, central heating, and an iron. Really nice building, spacious bedroom. Particularly good and fab location for our visit to Los Gigantes a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. Amazing experience there.

It was in a central location, guaranteed to see dolphins on the boat trips from the port. Moreover, it's close enough to the centre of Los Gigantes, two close beaches and bus station and taxi station.

Fairly clean and wonderful place, has magnificent views to ocean. The building is really nice, the room is fully-equipped. There is a microwave, a refrigerator and a stovetop. All in all they offer very good service. There's free parking available and free internet too. The location is particularly good and fab, in a beautiful area. Plus, this hotel is close enough to el Arenal beach which is lovely, restaurants / pubs and the island.

The restaurant was excellent for dinner, I tried excellent dishes. The outstandingly accommodating and amazingly kind staff members from Waiter provided a few recommendations. The location was marvellous and lovely, not too far from Charco de Isla Cangrejo.

The best possible location was near Vigilia Park Apartments. You could walk to a shopping mall and supermarkets. We ate at a lovely restaurant for dinner. The food served was good!

Central location of this perfect central hotel was a bonus. I had some drinks at Royal Bar, positioned 300 metres away. The room was good-sized and I appreciated the pool, it was heated. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, view over the sea was fabulous.
